Beautiful nature, location in old Coconut estate, lot's of animals, including wild boars and hornbills. The nature however comes with a price - it's far from any settlement, so either opt in for their dinner (very tasty but paid extra) or eat on the way. The personnel was helpful, the pool was clean and accessible even late at night, there was a lot of extra facilities which we didn't use but they are there (pool, speakers, bar, hammock etc). The bed was equipped with big mosquito net. Also besides AC there is a ceiling fan, which some may prefer. We hope to come again one day for a longer stay.

A wonderful and comfortable hotel in a stunningly beautiful place on the lake. A spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the sunrise. Delicious food and a pleasant stay. I felt attention and care throughout my stay. Next time I visit Sri Lanka I will definitely come to this wonderful hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Jay’s. He is a great host and his sister is an excellent chef. They made us a great dinner and breakfast with vegetables from their own garden. We often read ‘the best curry’ in many reviews, but I can truly say that this where the best meals we had during our trip in Sri Lanka (and we had many good meals).

in the middle of the forest, pure nature, there are animals like frogs, monkeys, cows and birds. NAtural hut with no AC, just fans and roof ventilation. Very unique style. Breakfast and hospitality was great

Amazing place with great food. We loved the cocktails specially the tropical fruit Mojitos. Really refreshing in the hot weather. We had papaya and water melon mojitos.... wow. Pool is amazing and you can feel the freshness. Tracking is highly recommended. Very informal place and you feel relaxed the moment you enter silver hill.

Amazing, tasty, varied breakfast and dinner Helpful owner: He organised a safari for us (very good price), trip to Pidarangula and even when I had a problem with my teeth he went to shop for pills. The host and his family is extremely kind and helpful. They cooked a very delicious dinner and breakfast. Arranged drivers, and gave us tips. The resort is beautiful! The shower had warm water, AC was working well, and there is a mosquito net. We couldnt use the WiFi but that wasnt an issue for us. Location is also great, very close to the cave temple.

This place was an absolute experience! The views were seriously breathtaking and most of all if you are looking to relax, connect with nature and have the best time disconnecting this is the ideal place. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It had strong water pressure with hot water, and great air-con. It says ‘Eric~South Korea’ I guess because I’m here now. I’m from California and I’ve traveled 126 countries. I was very sick when I arrived at the hotel. I slept long time. When I woke up, I came out and the first thing they did was offer to bring breakfast at 11:30am on several plates. That never happened to me in Cal., any other state in my country, and no other time in these other countries, except this place. When was the last time you were offered the complimentary breakfast at 11:30am?!
