The place is absolutely amazing, the rooms are really comfortable with a really good lavender smell. Having a tasty breakfast with nature sounds and talking with the friendly staff was great. Very close walk to Sigiriya’s Lion Rock Totally recommend if you ever come here

This place was so lovely - definitely the nicest on our travels through Sri Lanka. We loved how spacious the rooms were, and spending some time around the pool was an added perk on a hot day! Would stay here again.

The host Kalahara is kind and helpful and treats guests as his family.Nothing is too much for him. PROPERTY: Lovely homestay surrounded by trees and lovely garden.The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and airy. All the facilities like hot water, airconditioning, water pressure etc was perfect. BREAKFAST:Our breakfast was included and it was the best we had in Srilanka.Its varied everyday and its plentiful and very tasty.(SEE PHOTOS) We had 2 dinners cooked by his wife and they were delicious and generous portions. TOURS: Host Kalhara will organize tours at reasonable rate and his driver is a very nice person. we did a tour and driver was very patient and took us around paddy fields. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, there is nothing I would change. The area around it makes it all worthwhile. Don't go looking for food in Sigiriya, they will cook you dinner that is unforgettable. Best food I have had so far. We asked him to surprise us instead of us choosing and it was the best decision ever. If I ever do come back, I will not think twice about booking here again, even if it's for the food itself. If you walk down towards the main road of Sigiriya, you will find a little stand with handmade wooden statues for a great price. Cheapest we've found so far!
