This place was so lovely - definitely the nicest on our travels through Sri Lanka. We loved how spacious the rooms were, and spending some time around the pool was an added perk on a hot day! Would stay here again.

The host Kalahara is kind and helpful and treats guests as his family.Nothing is too much for him. PROPERTY: Lovely homestay surrounded by trees and lovely garden.The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and airy. All the facilities like hot water, airconditioning, water pressure etc was perfect. BREAKFAST:Our breakfast was included and it was the best we had in Srilanka.Its varied everyday and its plentiful and very tasty.(SEE PHOTOS) We had 2 dinners cooked by his wife and they were delicious and generous portions. TOURS: Host Kalhara will organize tours at reasonable rate and his driver is a very nice person. we did a tour and driver was very patient and took us around paddy fields. It was a very clean and beautiful accommodation. The garden has a mango tree and we even saw some monkeys. A few steps away is a local vegetable and fruit market, we enjoyed. Breakfast and dinner was amazing! It was cooked by the hosts. They even helped us to buy something we lost on our journey and what is very hard to get in this area of Sri Lanka. Additionally we got great sight seeing insides. This guest house was.perfect for us.

I highly recommend to stay in lucky villa, the location is amazing, you can see sigiriya rock in front of the rooms, and there is a cute place to have your breakfast while looking a sigirya’s rock or just enjoy the nature, the breakfast was local and so delicious, Ms. Sandu was so adorable and helpful, the owner was caring.

The rooms were very clean. The garden was very well maintained. The two brothers were very helpful and very nice. They also offer tours such as safari. This is highly recommended! The location is perfect, in the middle of the rice fields. You also have a wonderful view of the Lion Rock. The breakfast was prepared with love and was very varied and very tasty! We would always stop here again!!!
