This property is literally located on the beach. The minute you step out u face is the sea. You can hear the waves 🌊 sounds even if u are in room it’s so soothing. I would like to come again and stay just for the location. Getting up in the morning lazily walking around the beach, what else u need. To add on to that the host will treat u with the great breakfast which u can enjoy with a beach view

Absolutely loved our stay here. The host was super friendly and the facilities were spotless clean and pretty much brand new. The room is stylishly designed and has a balcony looking at the pool. Can't beat this place if you want value for money. Location was also exceptional as it's close to everything. Thank you so much!

Great breakfast, lots of good choices and delicious food.Very friendly staff...We loved this villa, we traveled a lot in Sri Lanka and stayed in many places but this place is better. I had a very nice stay in this new guesthouse! Everything is new and clean! The house is beautiful and the facilities are perfect. I have been warmly welcomed and the owner brought me to the airport very early in the morning! I highly recomend this new place. Perfect before a long flight!

I liked the hotel, it's clean. The area is very beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights are on. There are no mosquitoes in the rooms at all, the fumigator works. I read reviews about mosquitoes in other hotels and was very afraid of this. The hotel manager is friendly, he assisted me with my suitcase to the room. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport. Check in without any problems an hour earlier than expected. What I also like to note is breakfast: fresh fruits, juice, vegetables, omelette and sausages, bread, butter, jam. Delicious Ceylon tea. The pool is clean. It is very quiet at night, and during the day squirrels run around the garden)) The rooms have new plumbing and beautiful linen. For this money - just great. I recommend it to everyone.
