The environment is such a beautifully nurtured ecosystem, great effort. Very friendly and helpful manager&staff. The Cabanas were wonderfully constructed. Owner Bernard Stephen and Manager Milanjan were exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly enjoying the conversation.

The place is a hidden gem - absoutely wonderful - lovely spacious room and bathroom immaculately and lovely pool area with sun loungers - even a hot tub - loved the Michael Jackson themed restaurant A the food was outstanding and well priced for the area - Jerry and Alex made us feel like long lost friends and George Jerrys brother too - was sad to find this on our last night or would have loved to stay longer -

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was great – perfect for relaxing. I had the honor of being the very first guest in this completely renovated room – and what a wonderful experience it was! The deluxe triple bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows, clean sheets, and fresh towels. The room offers various types of lighting to create either a cozy or professional atmosphere, depending on your mood. It comes equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and a fan, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings and a small desk space that's perfect for working. The shared kitchen is a lovely bonus, with free coffee and tea available – and everything is absolutely brand new. Despite being above a restaurant, the room is very well insulated. It’s completely quiet at night, and even during the day and evening, there's no disturbing noise. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. The bathroom is modern, spotlessly clean, with hot water and large mirrors. The owner is very attentive to your needs, and the staff are kind and friendly. A truly comfortable and welcoming place to stay – I highly recommend it!

We loved this place. The house was a beautiful, calm place to be before our long flight and the welcome we received was second to none. The high ceilings were so unusual and gave a lovely sense of space. We ate some of the best homemade food in Sri Lanka too, a lovely touch for our last night. Thank you Hashini and parents!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Negombo, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel has just been renovated, and it shows - everything is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's garden is a tranquil oasis, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing with a cocktail in the evening, accompanied by soothing chillout music. The evening lighting is simply stunning! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options, including omelettes, sausages, fresh fruits, and juices. The swimming pool is a fantastic bonus, and the room itself was extremely comfortable, complete with snow-white towels, high-quality bed linen, and a convenient balcony. To top it all off, the bathroom was well-stocked with essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Negombo.
