KandyLiving Villa was the best place we stayed at during our trip through Sri Lanka. Sandy and her family are lovely people who made sure we felt very welcome. We were expected with a welcome drink and a tour through her beautiful vegetables and fruit garden. The room was very tidy and looked exactly as beautiful as the pictures. The breakfast was really the best we had in Sri Lanka and we were able to try many delicious local dishes. All in all it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend to go there.

We had a wonderful stay in Serene home Kandy and would like to thank Sri (and his family) for his exceptional hospitality. His kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we really appreciated how Sri was always ready to assist and offer helpful advice. This is a clean, comfortable home stay with excellent food and very friendly, helpful owners (and a cute dog). We really enjoyed staying here for 3 nights and we were easily able to get to Kandy city centre by a short walk and local bus each day. The home stay is nestled in hilly rainforest which was a welcome surprise to us and having breakfast each morning here was a delicious and tranquil experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Kandy was amazing, thanks to this wonderful family. They ensured we arrived safely and greeted us with warm smiles and interesting animal documents. We arrived four hours late, because of a broken train and they made nice food for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! The homestay was cozy, and the hosts truly made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you for making our time in Kandy so memorable. Highly recommend this place!

I have travelled a lot in my life, but here the hospitality and the gesture by the owner is next level. Property owner Prasad Dhanushka and Nadeeshan have thought well in advance keeping travellers party moond at the property. On special request they have arranged party speaker, hukka (sheesha) and also we cooked our own Indian style food at the property. Best part is you own the complete villa during the stay. Jump in to the pool at any time you wish.

Great location, away from city hustle but still close to everything. Room was big, with balcony, A/C and hot shower. Owner arrange great tuk tuk driver, who showed us everything worth seeing in Kandy and its surroundings.
