Absolutely amazing hotel, very clean and spacious rooms, perfect location (5 mins from ticket office, 15 from polonnaruwa sacred city entrance), friendly stuff and hotel owner. Excellent breakfast, very tasty. I wish you all the best in the future! Will choose this hotel again, when I come back to this city

Binara and his wife are perfect hosts, I felt fully supported and safe with them. I loved their home cooked meals! The accommodation with a peaceful environment, huge garden is enchanting, quiet, comfortable also close to the ancient ruins and the magical lake. Boat tour on the lake by Nimal is highly recommended, one of my best experience here in Sri Lanka.

We are a family from the UK who visited Sri Lanka for a holiday. While searching for a good apartment or villa near the temples and relics in the Polonnaruwa area, we came across this little gem. Pearl White was one of only two properties available for our chosen dates. At first, we were a bit hesitant to book, as it was a recently listed property with just two reviews, both from local visitors. However, I decided to reach out to the property, and I was able to connect directly with the owner, Sisira. He was kind enough to explain the facilities in detail and share valuable insights about the place. Our conversation gave us a very good understanding and helped build our confidence in choosing Pearl White over the other options. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and we booked the entire villa. The location is excellent, very close to the town centre and major heritage sites. The villa itself is spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean from the beds and linen to the toilets. Everything was well-maintained. We found every little convenience available, from matchboxes and a lit barbecue to massage bathtubs. I highly recommend this property without any hesitation, and we would definitely love to return. Special thanks to Sisira for taking such good care of us and always being reachable via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything.

The host is a local guide who helped in everything. He is very talented and offered to guide us in the ancient city. He also creating his own YouTube channel so go subscribe soon. This place is such a gem, we loved staying here and it made the rainy season really enjoyable. Sandy and her husband go out of their way to make sure we are very happy. We ate at the property and the food was exceptional; very tasty, fresh and healthy. The room is gorgeous, spacious, very comfortable and super clean! We loved their garden and the place is a tranquil oasis, just a short drive away from the cultural sights and safaris.
