Thomasha is the best host we had on our trip. So friendly and welcoming. He contacted us beforehand to learn our arrival time so that he can be present at the house when we arrived. He showed us where to go to have lunch, and took us on his tuk tuk to the Ella Walla waterfall, which was a gem !

The hosts were amazing. So welcoming to our family and open. We had the most incredible dinner and breakfast cooked by them and shared with the two families. We learnt a lot about Sri Lankan culture and would highly recommend other people to stay.

Bindu, his family, and his friends are very hospitable people. When we arrived we went to Buduruwagala. After we came back to Bindu's place we had one of the best rice n curry during our time in Sri Lanka. And in the morning we for sure had the best breakfast in our 3 week journey. Thanks a lot again #Bindu's wife :). At this day we did a trip to explore the near by waterfalls. It was super good to be guided by Bindu's friend Nuwan who grew up in this area and knows all the short cuts in the region. He is a fun guy and we had a nice time. Regards to Nuwan. Thanks for showing the beautiful spots. We highly recommend this place.and thank the family and friends for the nice memories. Lilli and Marius

The location is just a short walk to the amazing beauty of natural pools of Diyaluma waterfalls. Watching the sunset there is one of our core memories in Sri Lanka. The accommodation is more on the simple side, but what makes up for it is Imantika (pardon the spelling:)) and her family. They are the definition of kindness and their hospitality is something that we haven’t encountered anywhere else. Thank you for having us and wish you many more satisfied customers. The room was great value for money. Hot water was perfect and bed was comfortable. The best part of this place was Chathumal Who was very accommodating when we arrived, we were a little late and he stayed up to welcome us. The breakfast made by his mum was authentic and delicious. We were here to visit the falls and Chathumal Offered to be our guide. He was incredible and got us to all the spots right before the tourist rush so our photos were brilliant!
