Everything was so great! A very picturesque view right by the ocean. The owners of the villa were super friendly and helpful, helped us with everything during our stay. The villa is very clean and cozy, we felt like home there, very relaxing. The place itself is very quiet too, you can hear only the ocean waves. We really liked it and hope to be back one day! Strongly recommend staying here.

We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

The owners of the villa are very nice and hospitable people. Villa with a fully equipped kitchen, with all you need for cooking, all the cookware are new and very clean. The bathroom, with the washing machine, what was very comfortable, because we had limited luggage, and a balcony for drying clothes. The owners gave us a motorbike for rent. It's only 10 min by bike or by tuk-tuk from the fish market and fruit market and maybe 15 min to the beach.

I have visited different places in Sri Lanka, but this is the most comfortable of all the villas where we have been. I think its price should be higher because the service, atmosphere and decor are top notch! I would really like to come back here again, because you can live in this place. very nice and kind family, where you feel at home or visiting friends! We stayed at Nilupul Villa for a month+ and it was amazing. The owners are extremely nice, super friendly people, always helpful. I needed a desk to work at, and they were so kind to arrange one for me. 😍 It is a perfect place for a longer stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, lots of storage facilities, hangers, shelves and lovely wooden furniture. 1 bedroom is air conditioned, both have the fans on the ceiling. There is also a moskito net over the bed. Our favourite spot here was the balcony/ terrace surrounding the 2nd floor, with the view of palm trees, birds, squirrels 🐿️ and even bats in the evening. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is located amongs the local houses, very close to the beach. ⛱️ There is a small local shop nearby selling drinks and snacks. You can take a walk to 507 restaurant offering a variety of fresh, local food. Nilupul Villa is the excellent price to quality ratio. There is also a washing machine, well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, glasses, cups, forks etc. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean and nice. Highly recommend. 👍🏼
