Facilities were really nice. House is built recently, in traditional style. But most of the credit for a really good stay goes to El Habib, who was an amazing host - kind and positive and attentive! It was an experience to remember, not just an overnight stay!

We booked very last minute as it became dark and we did not want to continue our drive. We were almost out of cash so booking.com was our only option. We booked 5 minutes before we arrived but Mr and Ms Bassou still managed to receive us with warm fire, tea and snacks. Even though it was late they offered to make us dinner (it was already 19:30). They served us a delicious meal at 22:00, this says something great about their hospitality and wonderful personalities. The breakfast was also really tasty and generous!! I think even the best on our trip so far. We felt very welcomed by them. It is a beautiful home and an even better experience. It was a really good and warm experience to stay at Maison Chez Bassou. Definitely recommended.

It is clean, comfortable, top of atlas mountain, it was amazing to sleep 2800 mt, after desert, everthing clean and tasty, nice family, good stop at top of Atlas....

The location. The food and hospitality was out of this world. Our evening meal, a tagine,was one of the best we had in Morocco. The breakfast was huge and delicious. We could park out motorcycles safely outside. Booking was for 3 people, 2 rooms, we were given 3 separate rooms for no extra cost.
