Everything was perfect. Been offered a room with great view on the garden and pool instead of our booked room facing some roadwork. Really appreciated the gesture. Place is splendid. Very nicely decorated. Quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful. Food was great too.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and amazing. Mohammed was really helpful and responsive when we were lost and had some questions throughout our stay! There's a washing machine and a clothes rack, if you wanna do laundry, and a good-sized fridge if you are planning to get groceries to cook. There's a stove top and oil and dishes, whatever you need. The elevator is pretty small, but that isn't a problem. There's a cafe downstairs, the coffee is good too.

I stayed with my family at Luxe Simo Appartement, and I liked everything from the start. Simo came to pick us up from the train station, and he was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Fes. It’s conveniently located near the train station, in a great area where everything you need is close by. Even the Wi-Fi was excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which is perfect if you prefer to cook instead of eating out. Simo was always checking in to see if we needed any further assistance. For anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place at a good price, I highly recommend Luxe Simo Appartement! Choukran, Simo!

The host was incredibly kind! He met us early in the morning after our bus arrived and let us sleep, even though our check-in time was supposed to be later. He also gave us some food instead of breakfast since we left early the next morning. Huge thanks to him!
