Perfectly clean, bright, equiped and modern facility. Well organized staff and services on a daily basis. Attention to detail at maximum level. Long term orientation can be detected. Everything was nice, clean and comfortable. The owner are super kind. Good lockation, close to the shops and restaurants, but it is not in the center so it is quiet too. The private beach is very chill, clean, with sunbeds and sunshades. You can find all the items for cooking if you choose to eat inside (you wont regret it with the amazing view from the balcony). All the sights are close to the apartman, like Kotor old town, Tivat, and the two little island each have a lovely old church on it. You can go there with taxi boat. Dubrovnik is also close if you are a game of throne fan. :)

The hosts Nina and her husband were so hospitable and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and had everything you need with a full kitchen and full bathroom with a washer. Everything was super clean and very inviting. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great hotel, beautifully done rooms with good facilities and a nice breakfast and good choice of dinner restaurants. The hotel has a dock of you are collected by boat it’s easy to access but by road it can have a lot of traffic and be narrow so be aware of you drive there.

Amazing location, right in front of the port with some nearby places to hangout at night. Woman at reception was really friendly and helped us to book a taxi to airport and have a lunch bag to replace our included breakfast because our check out was at 6am. Please use this hotel's service to get to the airport. We only paid €25 instead of the €50 every other taxi driver was charging. Room was ample, comfy and well equipped.

Kotor old town is really nice, but staying in this place made it really special for us. It is a beautiful place with an amazing view of the bay. The pool is the highlight. If you want to have the full experience of Kotor spend onw night out of Old Town in this nice villa and you will never want to leave.

    I've never experienced such hospitality from some one. Our hosts are two most amazing people we ever met. House is typical old style, with beautiful garden and swiming pool. They are pet friendly, as well they have 3 dog few cats, parot and fishes.
