it’s a gorgeous building with large rooms, decorated very stylish. It’s a small family hotel with 6 rooms. The owners live there as well, but you have the same privacy as in a regular hotel. Coffee, thee and sweat breakfast rolls are available. It’s a 10 minute walk into the city. Highly recommended.

The staff were exceptional with a special thanks to Richard, Alex and Anna who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were very knowledgeable about Guanajuato and were very very ready to suggest local points of interest, restaurants and generally make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was very elegantly and comfortably furnished and the location was right on the main square. Once inside, the hotel was a quiet and peaceful haven from the bustling outdoors of the Guanajuato square.

The hotel has a fantastic location and was very clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. We were initially concerned about parking, but they have a designated spot in front where you can unload your luggage, and they also offer valet service to park your car for you.

All was perfect. Brand new hotel, on the main square in the city center. Room are large, well equipped. All the team is great, they listen a lot to the request and do their best. We have appreciated a LOT our stay. Breakfast is simply great.

Clean and spacious. Alot of kitchen facilities to cook own meals, Hot shower, hand wash and shampoo. Friendly owner and helpful friendly staff (2 women). Selective of herbal teas and coffee for coffee machine in the room. Was not expecting this level of service for the price. Solo traveller with a 2 year old I will most definitely return to this place..

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and it had a great shower. The view over the city was lovely. The hotel has a nice pool, which we didn’t use but enjoyed sitting beside while we read. We have a small dog and she was made welcome. The location is away from the noise of central.

    This place is amazing. Most important for us is that is truly pet friendly, they treated our dogs as another guest and that was really nice. Close to the museums and historic places. The views are really nice and the whole place is quiet, perfect for resting after sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here when we return to Guanajuato. Wi fi was great and also extra value that there is parking space (most hotels don’t have that).
