Outstanding service and beautiful setting. We are so glad we stayed in Milam Tulum, a dreamy newest property in the area of La Veleta, a must see trendy hotspot for those that want to experience the holistic side all in a unique luxurious ambient. It's modern style with wide open spaces invites for the senses to relax and simple enjoy as you let the friendly staff take care of every single detail, special thanks to our Concierge Aranza who recommended and arranged for us a lovely itinerary to the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and Coba and also a private shuttle service from and to the Cancun airport directly . Our first visit will surely not be the last, we are already planning and looking forward to our return.

The owner was very nice and refunded us for our remaining night after we had an allergic reaction to the cat. The jungle setting is very peaceful and breakfast and dinner ambiance was lovely.

Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

The Condo was absolutely gorgeous and the team was super attentive and friendly. This place truly felt like our own private oasis and I wish we could have stayed for just a few more days. The beach and town center are a short ride away and all the new roads being paved have made it so much easier to get around compared to our previous visit to Tulum. We are looking forward to our next stay and will always check Ka'ana for availability first.

    Perfect beachfront, nice and quiet compared to another part of the beach, all kind of chairs and cabanas where you can spend the day and enjoy sun. Room was nice and clean, even tho it was kinda small. Outdoor bathroom was nice, we liked it so much! Pool was also good. Hotel is pet friendly and we loved to see dogs around especially hotel dog Honey was so cute. Staff was so great.

    Amazing Natural Place! Cool concept. Everything was clean, staff was super nice/awesome people. They are very dog friendly which is amazing to see as I travel with my dog Hoody (they are like the west coast of Mexico where they don't even charge for dogs - good people, chill vibes)! Location was good close to town and on the way to the beach! I will definitely stay again!

    This is such a great place. Perfect location right on the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help. It’s my second stay here the manager has made so many renovations. Dog friendly.
