The best place we have stayed in the Netherlands. Very spacious and beautifully furnitured apartment. The location is perfect - very central and in beautiful neighbourhood with many places to eat in immediate vicinity. The hostess was very hospitable and responsive. Definetely recomment it!!

In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent location – it truly adds to the convenience and comfort of staying at your establishment. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service. The location of the hotel is a big advantage. Main important landmarks were mostly reachable on foot, including crossing of the Erasmus bridge. Additionally, it was well connected with the public transport whether you are reaching the hotel by metro/tram/bus. Room was clean and we did not request a cleaning service for a short stay. Breakfast buffet is quite rich but a bit expensive. The staff were pleasant and supportive, especially the lady who was working on the reception. There is a big supermarket near the hotel so you can equip yourself with a healthy snack before going out and about.

They arranged my birthday request to my desires. Everything was perfect! The birthday arrangement, the pictures, the mirror sentence was super cuteeee, the other little details. Our room wasn’t ready by 7pm, which we didn’t mind that much. However, we received complimentary drink at the bar and breakfast for our stay which we really appreciated. The staff was welcoming and very kind. We booked room with spa and it was absolutely amazing! We will stay here again for sure.

    Location was perfect, being able to move around the city in the Hotel's bikes was amazing. Finding a pet friendly place in such a prime location was amazing. The staff is also very friendly. Rute and Fatima were welcoming, supportive and extremely helpful: gave us tips to move around the city, answered our questions and made our stay a lot better.
