The hotel is located between the lake and the busy main road to Oslo. We were warned in advance (but after making a non-refundable booking) that the room standard we had booked would give us a room low in the buiding and subject to noise from the main road. In the event the self-service check in system gave us a room on the 10th floor and we had no problem with noise.
