This homestay experience is one that I won’t soon forget and was easily one of the highlights of my time spent in Nepal. I am so grateful to have experienced KB, TJB’s and Chandrakali’s warmth and hospitality. I will cherish this time indefinitely and hope to return in the future. The views are incredibly, the food is plentiful, and the rural culture is well preserved; away from any Western demands of tourism. Big hugs and love to this special family and the village.

Great stay! Super clean room. Comfy bed and good hot shower. Very friendly staff and good service. They even kept my luggage for me, while I was on a trek. Highly recommend the yoga class by Heman (HEMANYOGA). One of the best Yoga classes I ever joined!

I had a truly relaxing stay at this hidden gem! The hotel is set in a peaceful location, surrounded by lush greenery with stunning views of the lake and jungle. Waking up to the sounds of nature and birds chirping was such a refreshing change from city life. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfectly in tune with the natural surroundings. I especially loved sitting on the balcony in the early morning, sipping coffee while watching the mist rise over the lake.

    I liked the attention of Kb’s parents, also seeing lifestyle of these people. It is nice to feel comfortable in a village and even have your own bathroom attached. I moved out later as i found out that i like more the location of Hyangjakot. But know some people who stayed for long term in Kb house and were happy.

    They are very kind, they helped us a lot with everything. The cuisine is exquisite. I will return again as soon as I can. They have to do paragliding trekking…. Shandy helped us a lot, for us the location was great because it was in the mountains and for walking and the impressive views of the lake, and walking it really is 25 minutes to the lake.

    Great location. There is a cut through that goes straight to sedi village or lake side... about a 20 minute walk down and 30min up as its a lot of stairs. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff here are also very nice and always want to help and make sure your stay is comfortable. View is also great. The rooms were very nice and had a small balcony area to dry any clothes etc. The pool was very fresh and there were tiny fish in there!

    We loved the location of Into the Wild, it was a peaceful place surrounded by nature. Still close enough to walk into town or up to the top of the hill for views and restaurants. The pool was epic and the staff were lovely and let us extend our stay. Good simple room and nice food!!
