Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. Sujan is a very helpful host, that knows his business since many years. He will organize all types of Safari for you and on top never hesitates to overtake transportation or laundry jobs for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guides he is working with (in my case Yam and Kiran) are very nice people, highly knowledgeable and will introduce you to the plentitude of wildlife in Chitwan.
