King Studio was huge. Very secure, gated and had elevators... 24/7 reception. very well equipped kitchen with pots/pans/dishwasher etc...Location is amazing just 2 mins away from Avondale train station and 5-10 mins walk to shops/restaurants. Housekeeping staff was great and always responded very quickly. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for money

We arrived to a peaceful, serene location on the beachfront from a busy day. The bach was warm and equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The coffee machine was an added bonus for us and the kids' hot chocolates and the Four Square was close enough as we forgot the milk and chocolate. The beds were super comfy, allowing options for the kids on the bunks and lots of space for them to move within the house on this windy, wet afternoon. The host was lovely and available from the first contact after booking until we were settled in.

Our stay at this place was wonderful. The host was very responsive, which made communication easy. The property was easy to find, and access was straightforward to find, and accessing it was smooth and hassle-free. The location is great and the absolutely stunning. The house is in mint condition and you wouldn’t miss a thing. Even got heated floor in the bathroom (!) Hosts are super friendly and made me feel so welcome and homey.

View is stunning even in bad weather. Peaceful, very clean, modern and chic furnishings incl bed and linen, building is old and with character, the two bedrooms were very spacious, wonderful doors that opened to the balcony that overlooked the trees and pond below, and a glimpse of the sea beyond, Prime Tv that kept us entertained in bad weather, and wonderful personal touches like a welcome bag of chocolates. It was great meeting Clare who welcomed us warmly and showed us in.
