The staff were very helpful, allowing us an early check-in. Our room was nice, and although it required a short walk, the path was surrounded by beautiful greenery and the hotel has an elevator. The room balcony offered incredible huge mountain views. The location is excellent, very close to the Machu Picchu tickets counter. On the last day, there was a water shortage in town, so the hotel also had no water, which was inconvenient, but the staff did their best to assist.

We stayed after the Salkantay trek and it was great value for money. The shower was just perfect, very hot and fantastic pressure. Beds were also comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful

Incredible view of the mountains ; stunning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely and well priced. They serve breakfast from 4am, which is great for people wanting to get to macchu Picchu at dawn. I had a wonderful stay.
