Mama Lea, Papa Mario and their son Ivan are super friendly. The experience of sleeping on a small Uro island is unique and recommendable. Mama Lea is a very good cook! We had great meals. Transfer round trip is offered for 80 soles which is fair since it's around 30 minutes per way.

the family was great, they were so friendly and generours to have us with them. Only Lina was able to speak English but nevertheless we were able to communicate with the husband and the kids. Lina is a great cook and she served us traditional food (simple). When we needed a lift they were always on time. The loft is nice and the best part of it is the balcony. The shower has hot water.

The owner's family and the whole service is 10/10. Communication was very good, at least two days before our arrival, Carl's family took great care to make sure everything went smoothly and that our trip was memorable. If you need anything or have any requests, just say so and Carl will help as best he can. I am very happy with my stay, thank you.

The place it's an experience, if you are looking for city comfort, please stay at a city hotel. We loved the place, the special connection with this community and the lake it's beyond of words can explain. Wilbert and Delia are an amazing couple of host and their humbling service is remarkable. The views from our room were incredible, the rooms were spacious and well cleaned. There were nice common areas and a terrace with great views over the city and lake. The breakfast was tasty and a lot of food. Our bus from Cusco arrived early in the morning and he was accommodating with that too. The host was very helpful for us, he helped us by picking us up and dropping off in his car, organised a tour of the lake for us at a very good price. He was very friendly and taught us a lot about the area, his family were very nice too. I would highly recommend staying here whilst in Puno. Thank you Rebe!

Wilson and Nelly are the best! They are incredibly friendly and courteous. They shared a lot about their customs and took time to explain lots about the islands. Thank you so much! We loved the room, with its modern interior, built on a traditional boat. The bed was very comfy and had enough blankets against the cold ☺️ The breakfast was great too, with an awesome view across the lake.

    It is an amazing, peaceful, beautiful location. There was enough room for our family of 5 (inc 3 x giant teenagers). The food was good, bit too much for us! The hosting family were friendly and chatty, there was a very calm friendly dog. It was a fab experience and we felt privileged. Loved the hot water bottles!
