Edgar and Miriam are exceptional host! Attentive Friendly and they genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. ( gave us a basket of fresh fruits! Yum!) Even the Karaoke is ready when we asked if they have. They already know what you need before you even ask for it. very informative on what you can do in the area. one of the highlights is when Edgar Invited us to witness the releasing of a Rescued Sea Turtle back to the ocean, it was an amazing experience. All in all me and my friends had a great stay . The Place is accessible and near to anything and anywhere you would like to be, its super clean and have all the things you need during your vacation including a Tent, table and chairs when you chill on the beach ( what else could you ask for? ) its the Perfect place to relax and Enjoy Highly Recommended.

We have enjoyed the experienced nice, beautiful and very helpful Aki & Rachel. The only reason why I rate good is because originally I booked 8 people but the size of the accommodation got only 2 bedroom and 2 double bed with thin mattress on the floor with no extra bedding to cover the old thin mattress for people to sleep on the floor , no extra beddings and pillows. It’s a good thing we arrived 6 of us but my 3 boys are big and tall . Even though they are boys but shouldn’t cramp to sleep in 1 bed . As the girls in the other bed , my grown up son need to sleep on the foot hill of the bed and I need to sleep on the side near the door on the floor and my husband and my other son who is teenager sleep in bed . So some of us sleep on the floor on a bare mattress. Difficult to move to go the toilet as steeping on person sleeping on floors. It might be acceptable for us Filipino but for some especially foreigner I’m not sure. Specially that you advertise internationally it should be properly advertise as people will expect a high standard accommodation. The beach is okay, but not clear water and dark sand with no cottages , so don’t expect a lookalike boracay. We need to hire a boat to take us to a cleaner private beach( thanks to kuya) we enjoy the banana boating . Not a lot of activities again it’s a very private location. Don’t expect as what you expect in boracay . We love the outdoorsy of the house and the bonfire the night before we leave.

The house itself and it's very accommodating staff and owner. My friends and I had a very wonderful stay given the fact that it's a walking distance to the beach and a few minutes drive to San Juan. Highly Appreciated!!

I stayed at Plage 65 for a couple of weeks to explore the surroundings and it was well worth it. I'm trying to stay on the budget, so I think it's a good value for money in the area. Might be the best deal for your buck, actually. The beach is really close, you can go surfing during the day and catch beautiful sunsets every evening. The old authentic try-living-Filipino-style house is away from the main road, so you'll be able to relax and have your peace after a long day. But due to the nature of the house, don't expect soundproof walls. I'm not a light sleeper - so had a comfy and good rest every night - but maybe something to keep in mind for those who are. There is stable wifi, if you need to catch up with work situation during your staycation. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of cutlery, a gas stove and a kettle - all I need to cook own meals and enjoy some of the local cuisine, generously offered by the hosts. The hosts Saye and LJ are very nice and you can talk to them for any kind of advice to explore La Union. They also offer tours all around the area, and I can recommend going anywhere in the mountains - there are plenty of streams to dip into, beautiful waterfalls and amazing greenery you don't see anywhere in Europe. It's a must if it's your first time in the Philippines or any kind of tropical location. Nalvo Pebble Beach is worth checking out too for nice views and some tranquility. You can go snorkeling at the lagoon, near Immuki Island, which is popular among the locals.

We loved staying here, right on the beach it was so serene and the perfect place to relax. The room was basic but everything we needed. Ask for the mosquito net upon arrival to make sure you don't get eaten alive by mozzies

I stayed in the 8 person dorm and it was very comfortable. The newly renovated beds are great, and has a curtain for some privacy. There’s no Ac in the rooms but they lend you a portable fan and so I always slept very well. I really love the coworking space they include upstairs, it’s the reason I’ve extended my stay for a week longer. Common room and kitchen is nice and overall enjoy all the facilities. Staff are nice too. Wifi is great in coworking space and common area but can get a bit spotty/not working at nights in the dorm rooms only. But at least you can move to common area to use good wifi. Overall one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed at in terms of modern design, cleanliness and comfort.
