Breakfast was served in the yard at the arranged time and was great. It was the traditional topsilog (tosino, eggs, rice) breakfast but was set up very nicely on the outdoor table. The coffee was hot and serve yourself from the pitcher that the server refilled as needed. The location is excellent, almost in front of the basilica, and just a minute from the lovely market. The house keeper has very limited English but he did his absolute best to accommodate my needs. The service of the breakfast was impeccable, with brewed coffee. My room shared a bathroom with another room but there was no other guest during my stay.
