From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just a place to sleep — it was an experience of peace, nature, and warm hospitality. The villa itself is beautifully designed — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with traditional Balti touches that give it both character and charm. Waking up to panoramic views of the mountains and the sound of flowing water was the kind of peaceful moment I didn’t know I needed. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful. The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. The best part was the villa’s location — close enough to explore famous spots like Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Shigar Fort, yet secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway in the mountains. The hotel features a beautifully maintained garden, served fresh and tasty food, and provided a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly environment. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved my room, it was pleasant, spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is very good, not far from Skardu airport. Staff are very friendly. Ameer and his family made me feel at home. They were always very kind and helpful, they would go out of their way to help. Whenever I required transport Ameer would help, advise and arrange. I was picked from and dropped off to Skardu airport. The breakfast was served whenever I asked and was delicious.

Staff was amazingg and cooperative especially Sir Mazahir the owner. Special thanks to Sir Yaqoob, the way he guides you through out the journey is amazing. We were two girls and were little nervous about going alone. But man trust me they made us feel very safe and comfortable. And now it feels like we have a family away from home. 100 percent recommended.
