Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

Even though it’s a hostel, the rooms and beds are very private, very clean and the whole atmosphere was very cozy. The terrace with a bar is awesome, good vibes and drinks. Location is very nice too, would recommend it for sure

We loved our home above the water, where we could take our dog with us who played with the resident one, lovely Lola. It's quiet for sleeping though in city distance. We took one of their bikes (included) and rode 35min into the historic city centre, just following the bike lane along the river. Bedsheets where cozy, breakfast nice - we live vegan and upon request they adapted it even with vegan cheese. We would always come back, as it was the most relaxed stay with dog and car in Lisbon.

Never have I met such an outstanding staff. They were always available for questions & special requests, and were smiling & happy the entire time. To begin with a perfect location with most of central Lisbon very walkable. Then a lovely boutique hotel with great charm and style. Claudia and Gonçalo in reception looked after us so warmly. They helped greatly to make it a memorable stay and one to be repeated.

    It is pet friendly and provides some dog supplies (both dog water and good bowl is a plus, dog blanket and a dog snack), bathroom color was very nice and functional (curtain at shower on top of the glass box avoids us feeling cold in the shower, WC separated from shower is very nice, good shower), good breakfast and friendly / helpful staff
