We stayed only one night at Rey Guest House with Alexandra and we highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Tomar to rent this one. It's big, clean, well decorated, has A/C, well furnished (stove, oven, washing machine), has a nice view and is a 10 minutes walk to downtown Tomar. Our only regret is not staying longer! Obrigado Alexandra!

Nuno is always happy to share the history of his Quinta and also every aspect of living in Qurem area. Room is comfortably maintained and very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast room and common areas are nice area to relax and meet with other guests who happened to be here. Location is ideal for travelers to explore the UNESCO sites and beautiful castles and churches nearby. There are also a few restaurants that serve high quality local dishes at very reasonable price.

We were delighted with the amount of things included in the cost of our stay: 1. Wood and kindling to make a BBQ fire 2. Complimentary drinks (wine, beer, and soft drinks) 3. Charcuterie pack in the fridge 4. Copious coffee capsules 5. Orange juice we made with fresh fruit from a tree in the garden!

So much love and care has gone into the creation of this beautiful cozy bungalow. The woodwork is gorgeous, and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom really contain everything that you need. It's beautiful but practical too. The host and his partner were lovely people. We were going to take the key from the lockbox, but they met us and gave us extra sheets etc for the spare bed even though it was nearly midnight when we arrived.

Beautiful house and rooms with a lovely outdoor space and in a good location for getting back onto the Portuguese Camino from Fatima. We really appreciated the home cooked meal in the evening and they very kindly catered wonderful vegan food for one of us.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Especially the woman in the reception is doing everything for your comfort. Great location. Good breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room. There was a great view from my window to whole the city (river, old town, mountains, castle, etc.).
