One of the highlights of the stay was the wood-oven sauna located right on the shore. The warmth of the sauna, combined with the refreshing lake breeze and the option to plunge into the cool waters after a session, made for a perfect Scandinavian experience. Afterward, lounging in the comfortable chairs and sunbeds by the lake was the perfect way to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent hiking tips for the nearby natural park. The trails were well-marked and offered a variety of landscapes, from dense forests to scenic overlooks. It was the perfect way to explore Sweden's natural beauty. Overall, this resort offers the perfect combination of relaxation, nature, and adventure. If you're looking for a tranquil lakeside escape with authentic Swedish touches, this is the place to be!

Loretta was so welcoming and her place is calm, peaceful and beautiful. A real haven. It’s only a short walk to the lake which offers amazing views and a lovely swim and Loretta kindly gave fresh eggs and homemade jam to make my stay even better. Would thoroughly recommend.

We slept very well. I loved the one big room that was basically full floor under the rooftop. Well equipped as well. Nice countryside experience. Good to place to stay half way from Stockholm to Göteborg.
