We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean and well-organized. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The place was fully equipped, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and serene. On one side, you have views of the lake, on the other side of the forest. There’s a nice little porch in front of the house you can sit on and enjoy the view. The house comes equipped with everything - and I mean EVERYTHING. Cotton buds. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Coffee. Towels. Detergent. Thermometer! Anything we needed was already there. I’ve never been in a holiday home that was so well equipped. Very clean. It had air conditioning. Very spacious kitchen and living. Great size TV. Good internet.

We now know what it's like to find ourselves in a Scandinavian fairy tale, a fantastic house that looks like something out of an advertisement for Luis Buñuel's film The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie, with breathtaking views and surroundings straight out of a travel guide—simply wow. This cottage was absolutely magical! We stayed for 6 nights and would have happily stayed longer. It is in a beautiful secluded coastal area with a lovely view, and was spectacularly well equipped with everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and we also enjoyed splitting wood for the antique heating stove (although there is electric heating as well). The cottage was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and as we checked in over Easter weekend the hosts had made some really special Easter touches for us, which we loved!! It is in a great location with a supermarket under 10mins drive away, and close to multiple nature reserves for hiking (there is one 15 mins drive away!) - we picked it as we were in Sweden for a hiking holiday. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and really helpful and responsive as well. Staying here absolutely made our holiday, so thank you!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
