Everything! It was just stunning. The staff were some of the nicest people we’ve ever met, and the facilities were amazing. We were having a particularly stressful time at work when we stayed at Elegans and we left feeling completely relaxed and like we’d spent two days being taken care of. We could not recommend this hotel more!

Exceptionally friendly and helpfull staff! We felt very welcome from the first minute. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and we had our own terrace to the garden. It was also great to have an electric car charger right in front of the apartment door. If we ever return to Slovenia, which we pobably will, then we would happily return and stay here again.

We spent a night here with our family. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by our hosts who are very hospitable people. The farm is super nice environment, especially if you have small children. There are lots of friendly animals to meet: chicken (but no rooster making noise), a horse and few goats. Green yard area includes a tramboline, slide and sandbox. Views to the mountains and fields are stunning. Basically backyard you can also find the most amazing river canyon with clear blue spring water. Swimming here is a must. We grilled some good food and enjoyed the sunset. Beds upstairs are nice and comfy. We all enjoyed a lot. Big thanks!

    One of the best places we have stayed, great hotel, amazing staff, beautiful surroudings and dog friendly. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices and you can eat outside on the terrace. Parking near hotel, plenty of spaces to park. Park near hotel free for guest, but the park doesn’t allow dogs.

    It was as we expected it to be. Very kind and friendly host. Comfortable parking. The apartment we rented was small but cozy and clean. It was important for us to have a private entrance as well as the possibility to exit directly in the garden since we travel with dogs. Location is peaceful and quite. By car in a few minutes we got to great restaurants. But there is also a small kitchen area equipped with everything one may need.

    The host was very nice and friendly, great to talk to :) The view from the room was amazing despite the lousy weather outside... The location is great. The room was larger than we expected, which made our dog really happy and excited. We really enjoyed our stay at Cukrarna and we highly recommend it to others.

    We really enjoyed our stay here at this apartment. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The parking space was generous. The highway was very accessible, which helped us to reach easily our destinations. The fact that the apartment is pet friendly was a big plus for us. We will come back here for sure when if we will come to Slovenia in the future.

    Superb surroundings for hiking and walking the dog--combined with a hotel that was completely dog-friendly. The park across from the hotel was a paradise of paths, lawns and duckponds. There were even some Lippizaner horses gazing placidly from their corral.
