Excellent B&B in a historic building, right in den center of Ptuj. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower and even a fridge and a kitchenette. Free parking and dog friendly too. The breakfast was excellent and generous. Ptuj makes a great base to explore the surrounding area. The wine grown in the area is also very good. Now, what makes this much more than just a comfortable and lovely B&B to stay at, is host Andrej, who went out of his way to make us feel at home and who despite leading a very busy life as "chief priest" took a lot of time to chat to us, show us his amazing clock tower and the beautiful church and gave us some great tips on what to see and where to go walking with the dog. He speaks perfect German and also English. He manages to be very discreet but always available at the same time. We loved our stay in Ptuj and thoroughly recommentd a stay at Sobe Prostija to anyone passing through. There is a lot to see and do, so three nights were definitely not enough. I hope we can come back some time. Thank you so much, Andrej and team for a fabulous stay!

The Panorama B and B was a sheer delight! The family is absolutely the key to this place. They respond to every question with an interest in the guest, they have the grounds and rooms immaculately maintained, and they speak many languages between them. You feel at home! The breakfast offers everything the guest would want. And the location! the hilltop perch is surrounded with gardens and lawns so you feel like you're miles out of the town yet the view is spectacular. We loved our short stay and would return tomorrow if possible. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A perfect place for a sleep-over in the longer trip. The location is relatively comfortably reachable from large roads. Easy to check-in. Host is friendly. The restaurant in the same building solves the question of dinner. The rooms are really clean and smell great.

    Friendly staff, quick check in. The place is in a very convenient location, rural but close to the highway. There's a very good restaurant downstairs (mind you, the portions are pretty big), a small market two minutes walk. The room was spacious and very clean, lot's of sockets, comfy beds.
