It's the perfect resting place. We spent 5 nights and 6 days here in the apartment. This apartment was perfect. The reason we don't use Airbnb or an apartment often is that there were facilities like a kitchen or a washing machine, but there were many cases where they couldn't be used even if they didn't exist. However, this apartment was easy to find and access was relatively good. In particular, the facilities in the washing machine and kitchen were perfect, so we could use them a lot. And with the recent facilities, it was clean and secure, so I was relieved. The location was also close to the old city center, so I always walked around. If you had an apartment like this, you would prefer it to a hotel. Thank you to the host for responding quickly to our questions or requests.

Location couldn’t be better just a few mins walk to Old Town Centre and 1 minute from tram. Very modern hotel with large rooms comfortable bed very quiet and a great buffet breakfast in the mornings. Staff were very polite and friendly. It was just across the road from the main Police station too ! I will definitely stay at Hotel Avance upon my return to Bratislava. It was also excellent value for money.

Very clear check in instructions, and they even messaged us to let us know we could check in early. Brand new, clean room in a great location. This didn't affect the quality of the stay at all, but I would just suggest a couple of hangers on the wall by the front door for jackets and another two on the bathroom doors for the bath towels.

The apartment is very clean and comfy. It has modern furniture, equipment and a very comfortable bed. It's close to the old town, the Michael's Gate is only a 10 minute walk. At the American Square (3 minute walk) you can catch trams and trolley buses, with them you can go all around the city. In a 5 minute walk you can find shops, pharmacies, etc. The check in and check out procedures are very easy. If you have any problems, you can easily get in touch with the owner, who is very helpful and communicative. We can recommend this apartment to everyone, who would like to stay in Bratislava like home.

Everything was great. The apartment has a great location, really clean and well maintained and the view is jusr amazing. The check in is very straight forward, easy to get there, easy to acces the apartment, the parking is just awsome to have there if you travel by car. The host was way above our expectations and we communicated very easy and really prompt to all our requests. It was really an 11 out of 10 stay.
