I recently stayed with my family for four days at the Four Seasons Hotel. Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews I found online, which made me somewhat uncertain. However, I was specifically looking for a 5-star hotel in the area and decided to give it a chance. I must say that I do not entirely agree with those negative reviews, as I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, from the service to the overall stay. Everything from check-in to check-out, from the room to the pool area, was exceptional. The room was consistently clean and was cleaned daily. I would like to extend my special thanks to Monia from the housekeeping team, who proactively approached us to ask if the room met our expectations and if there were any issues we noticed that could be addressed. Although we didn’t find any issues, I appreciated her attentiveness and forward-thinking attitude. This level of care is something I truly value and must highlight. A heartfelt thank you for that. I also want to commend the reception staff, especially Safa, for their excellent service, from the booking process to check-in and check-out. The team is very attentive and forward-thinking, which is exactly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, I can confidently say that the service here meets the high standards one expects from a 5-star establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service, which I gladly recommend to others. This is not my first stay here, and I will definitely return with great pleasure, as I was very positively surprised. During check-in, we found a small gift for our child, which was a sweet gesture with cookies and a sweet name tag. I also received a small birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is pricey, but I believe the service you receive is worth the cost. I find it completely fair and not overpriced at all.

The apartment was really big and had a bathroom for every bedroom. The big indoor ‘water park’ was a great addition at this shoulder season. The small mall nearby had a fine supermarket and a café that also made food to-go. Quite convenient.

This is a wonderful place to experience Tunis Medina as it is in the heart of the old town. The house itself is like an ethnographic museum with the old architecture and interesting elements of the interior - something I recommend. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and breakfast is gigantic and delicious.

An absolutely perfect stay in a stunning guesthouse! The location is ideal, right in the heart of Sidi Bou Saïd, close to everything. The welcome was warm and attentive, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the house, with its elegant decor, is a true gem. An unforgettable experience that I highly recommend. It was a very wonderful experience on our first night in Tunisia, the owner collected us from the airport. Even though there is a barrier of language between us and the owner, he tried his best to help us as a true gentleman. A thanks to the lady as well for giving my wife a reusable bag.

This place is a gem. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I was even late for breakfast by half an hour one day and the owner offered to make me some food with a smile on his face. Apart from the welcoming vibe, the place feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle of La Marsa that awaits when you step outside of the premises. I was most taken back by the open plan kitchen/lounge area where breakfast is served which feels Tunisian with a bit of a modern twist. A really thought out interior where you can feel the attention to detail. Anyway I could carry on for a while but I loved this place. The people and the simple and tasty breakfasts make it all the worth while. Local shops are also very close by if you need to get cash, a phone card or grab a bite, nearest beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Thank you Dar El Kif, wish you all the best!

Perfect studio apartment, very clean and in a perfect location. The owner is extremely kind and gave us some good tips on what to see. Highly recommended.

I came back second time and hope to come back again. It was perfect. This house has everything. For me it is the bast place to stay in Sidi Bou Said.
