    The staff was friendly, i was facing problem with the wifi. They changed my room instantly and also provided with a delayed checkout. Their breakfasts are amazing. The connectivity with Goreme city was convenient as the hotel is located next to the bus stop. The manager is friendly, accommodating and helpful. She is excellent at her work and also helped us with booking excursions around the city at genuine prices.
