The staff was so friendly and responsive, arranging pickup and dropoff from the train station and answering any questions immediately. The location is beautiful, right on the rice paddies, and the B&B has free bicycles for borrowing. The rooms are very tastefully and cozily decorated. And the patio for eating breakfast is absolutely idyllic.

It's run by a very friendly sweet old couple who speak zero English, but they communicate admirably nevertheless. Quick and easy to check in. The place is well maintained and well run. I had a single room, which is tiny, but it was enough for me. The room was made so cozy, practical and comfortable, with crisp quality linens. I loved the fluffy duvet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Drinking water, towel, soap, shampoo and toilet paper supplied. Spacious shared bathroom with excellent hot water. Downstairs it was a fridge and a water dispenser with hot and cold water. Some free tea and coffee as well. Superb WiFi, the best I've had in Taiwan so far. 30% discount if you rent a bicycle next door. They also had a really nice all weather patio smoking area. This little place really was my kind of place. I really liked it. It's very close to the train station.
