Very modern hotel, big spacious room, exeptionaly clean. Kitchen equiped with all necessary items (cooking pans, frying pans, plates, cutlery, cutting board, washing up liquid, sponge). There is also a small fridge with a little freezer, which is enough for a stay. Bed is firm and super comfortable. Air con is a bonus. New towels, new bedding, new decor, new curtains. The hotel has washing machine on site, and you can borrow drying rack. Also there is an iron in a room along with an ironing board.

The location is great if you have a car, if you don't sometimes it's extremely difficult to find taxis.The nice small beach was handy in extremely hot summer in Kyiv. They have paddling boards available for rent. Lovely views from the penthouse and nice kitchen, it's fully equipped and includes a decent fridge. I personally really loved facilities, massive shower room with different showers. The toilet has good light for make up and washing machine which was very handy. I loved roofed patios near building where guests can have their own BBQ or order food from restaurant, there is outside kitchen as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly, lovely people Conditioner in room was life saver.
