There were a couple of maintenance items that popped up and the hosts were within a couple of hours, LIGHTENING FAST, able to get them fixed! It is really nice to be able to find accommodations that allow pets. Still, I was very impressed by its cleanness, general comfort and feeling of safety. Wifi was unusually good.
