The rooms for pets are on the ground floor with patios facing the water. It was nice to sit out there with our dog and to take him down to the water. Note that you have to call the inn after making a reservation in order to get a pet-friendly room. I would not have known -- and might have been unpleasantly surprised -- if I hadn't sent them a msg asking if there was an extra charge for a pet.
