Our stay was incredible value for the price. We arrived super early and they accommodated a very early check in with no hesitation (beyond ensuring they had a clean room). Not only that when they heard I had recently gotten married, they upgraded our room. The room itself had everything we needed and was clean and quiet. So happy we chose Sugar Loaf. Thank you.

The location was great, it was quiet and only took 10mins to drive into Bend. The hotel was super clean and the staff were very nice. The bar next door was a bonus to enjoy a light meal and have a quiet drink in the evening. This hotel is well within walking distance to Bend Water Park and walking distance to the grocery store. The 4th floor view I had of the mountains was beautiful.

    The location was fine. The staff were nice. The complex had an outdoor pool that looked nice, although I didn't use it. The room was clean and comfortable. They did not charge a pet fee for my dog.

    I liked where my room was located next to the pet friendly area. I enjoyed the outdoor patio, easy access and I really appreciate the door separating the hotel rooms from the outdoor area.

    Loved everything about this property! Decorated like a home! Clean! Location is awesome! Super comfy bed and yummy linens. Very thoughtful appointments, locally curated choclates, hand soaps and lotions, tea, coffee. Love how they support their community. The dog amenities are really nice and we love how pet friendly they are. The story behind Wall Street Suites is awesome! Good job and "recycling" a run down motel into a vibrant, comfortable, beautifully appointed inn! We will definately be back!

    Nice, spacious and clean room. I had to move due to the noise from the floor above me (small kid jumping around, etc.). The girl at the front desk accommodated my request without any issue. She was very friendly and I appreciated her understanding and professionalism. Aside from that, the hotel is in a good location and is pet friendly which is a huge plus for me since I travel with my dog. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

    Excellent location - house itself was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything I would need for the weekend! The master suite was comfortable (and the huge tub wasn’t bad either!). Loved that it was pet-friendly, being able to bring my dog meant I could spend Christmas with my family! Overall a great place to stay and an excellent value, especially for groups

    The property was super modern and unique. The beds were ultra comfortable which was much needed since we have been traveling by car for hours on end. The community is pet friendly and located not far from the deschutes river which was a nice hike for us to stretch our legs and take the dog out to get out some much needed energy, great stay!

    The location of the Oxford is great. Convenient public (paid) parking is connected directly to the hotel lobby which is great for luggage. It is pet-friendly and they provide a sleeping mat, collapsible bowl, and some organic treats - it's a bit of a walk to find a decent grassy area for a dog to use - not a big deal unless the weather outside is sideways. The staff are very friendly, and very helpful. The room was very clean and mostly comfortable (see below).
