Room was dirty. Wasn’t vacuumed. Pet hair and dog food left from a previous guest. TV didn’t work but it did get fixed. No maid service even though I spoke directly to supervisor and asked for towels, coffee, coffee cups. Later that night another staff said they didn’t clean room bc Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Not true. Way overpriced for the poor quality.
