While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, a frustrating situation arose concerning transportation to the airport. I had pre-arranged an Uber for the day prior to my check-out. Upon speaking with the receptionist, I was informed of a complimentary shuttle service, leading me to cancel the Uber and incur a $50 cancellation fee. However, when I was ready to depart with my luggage, the shuttle driver informed me that the service does not extend to the international airport, which was quite confusing and frustrating.

    We stayed after a cruise and the location was good . Not far to the airport or Cruise port. Staff was nice.Rooms were nice.I love the floors! No carpet! But other than that it was great !!!

    The hotel itself was excellent! The staff was very nice and accommodating and the amenities were great! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable! It was very clean for a hotel that is pet friendly which we did have a dog traveling with us!
