    The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The lobby was also very clean. As we had brought our small dog, the ground floor room was good for us to take care of his needs. The outside of the facility seemed to be freshly painted.

    I like everything from the beginning to the end of the stay. House was clean and organized, as well as the pool. The staying was exceptional, comfortable, and convenient. Communication with hosts was excellent and helpful at all times.

    We booked this stay 2 hours before arriving and the front desk worker Jeff argued with us saying “we don’t have your reservation because you used a 3rd party site. Pay me and I’ll give you a room.” He tried charging us triple the amount. So I think he tried to scam us to make more money but we ended up calling booking.com and they relocated us to a different hotel.
