The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The manager was friendly and pleasant. They did give us a lower rate due to the explanation of what we didn't like below.

Easy to find from the highway, air conditioner was cold, fridge in the room, breakfast was biscuits and gravy and waffles, otherwise simple but fine. No frills, but for our one night stay absolutely all we needed. Especially appreciated the free breakfast.
