Location… convenience to all that Wilmington has to offer including the Riverfront. Place was more like a mini apartment. Had everything that one would need to feel right at home. Parking garage - parking pass was a definite perk.

    large room, great breakfast (Greek yogurt!), convenient location. great walking areas for dog. We traveled with my dad who is in a wheelchair and he appreciated the uncarpeted hallway section to the door which was a lot easier to traverse than carpet. He also said the disability access room was great, one of the best he’s stayed in!!
