We had a room on the first floor of the annex so it was quite convenient, but our cousin was in the main hotel and on the 2nd floor. There is not public elevator and if you need to use the elevator you need to wait for a staff member to take you in it. The lounge and dining room look lovely, and there is an outdoor space for dining weather-permitting. There is a small bar in the dining room as well.Guest review byPeterFamily with young children
