The hotel was in overbooking and they didn't give me the room I paid for and had a booking confirmation. I had to look for another hotel. I haven't been refunded yet.

There was no breakfast available. Room was clean. Had to request washcloths because there was none in the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable but a blanket or bedspread would have been nice instead of a sheet like covering. Had to turn the heat up to be warm.

Our bedroom was beautiful with a very confortable bed and all the necessities. The staff of the hotel is wonderful, friendly and very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!
