    The water behind the hotel was beautiful. Their also was a small fishing pier open to the public that was a hidden gem. I adventured out and found a really cute bright yellow coffee shop less then 3 minutes away that just opened and it was good. The hotel is by Coastguard Island that was to see the big boats. Behind the little bay bay behind the hotel was stores, beautiful historian homes, the beach, canals with homes (just beautiful), and it is a very pet friendly area.

    It is pet friendly - which was the most important. I liked that the rooms are not carpeted. Nice view of the water and nice area surrounding to walk a dog.
