    I really liked that the room, shower and toilet were really clean and new. Reception, valet and cleaning staff were all polite, warm and friendly. Nice vibe with uplifting music in the common area. We brought our dog and she liked being there. We could walk our dog around the hotel which made it all easy for us to travel with our pet. My mom liked the comfortable shoe provided in the room. Comfortable couch, working space and handy power outlets to charge phones and computer.

    The location was awful, right on highway 101, with the truck noises that shook the building. The building is run down. Dirty and used carpets. NOT what you expect from a Foursasons hotel.
