    The front desk person who I interacted with was very pleasant and efficient. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully and I was grateful it worked so well after being outside on a day when the heat index made the temp feel like 105. The location is convenient to shopping and casual & fast food restaurants and relatively close to the I72 exit.

    The location was good - easy to access from the highway, and next to a large vacant lot that was great for walking the dog (we were traveling with a pet). The front desk attendants were friendly and attentive.

    Appreciated being able to have our pets stay with us, but it would have been nice to know sooner about the per dog fee. I had called twice, but rather than a call back, the reply came via email so I was not aware until we were checking in.

    It was nicely decorated and dog friendly. There was a decent area of grass to walk dogs in to go to the bathroom outside of the hotel.
