United StatesWe where staying for a wedding. The room was satisfactory but I had booked one room for my sister her husband and our mother. I booked a suite with a pull out Sofa to give them spawns give a double queen. Which was crowded since my mother requires a walker. Also only 3rd floor ice machine was working

I didn’t except much after booking this location but I was so surprised. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was so friendly and greeted us with a smile. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean with items stocked that I don’t normally see at a hotel or you usually have to ask.
