It's a nice and clean property since it's so new and the location is perfect if you are there to visit the Ark. We also appreciated that our dog was allowed.

The price! They did update the rooms to compete with the other hotels. The location of the hotel to our destination was great too.

Breakfast was easy, take back to your room. Dog friendly, parking right by your room, friendly staff, and so very close to the Ark Encounter!

Perfect location. Easy access to The Ark. nice to have the bag breakfast, but prefer cold cereal to the microwave breakfast egg sandwich. Frito, muffin and juice was just fine. Nice clean floors. Great upgrade to not have carpet.
